Camino Prep is operated by Camino Profesional Ltd ("Camino Prep", "we", "us"). This Policy explains what we collect across caminoprep.com, every country subdomain, and portal.caminoprep.com, and how we use it.

2. What we collect

Account details you give us (email address, password — stored hashed, never in plain text), the country sites and Concours Content you purchase or access, your exam-attempt and progress history within the Service, and basic usage analytics (pages visited, device type) collected via our analytics provider.

3. How we use it

To run your account and keep your purchased entitlements available to you across countries, to process payments for Products you buy, to show you your own progress and attempt history, and to understand aggregate usage so we can improve the Service.

4. Who we share it with

We share account and purchase data with payment processors strictly to complete your transactions, and with hosting/infrastructure providers who run the Service on our behalf. We do not sell your personal data.

5. Data retention

We keep account and entitlement data for as long as your account is active, so purchased access keeps working across every country you've bought into. You can request deletion of your account at any time, subject to records we're required to keep for accounting or legal purposes.

6. Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you by writing to the address below.

7. Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and to protect forms against cross-site request forgery, and a privacy-conscious analytics script that does not use tracking cookies.
